The Italico Casale is a soft blue cheese made with cow’s milk subjected to pasteurization.

Delicate and fragrant.

White or pale yellow paste.

Homogeneous on all the section. Any surface mould growth is a natural fact that does not affect the quality of the product. Inedible Crust.

Has a consistency of a creamy type, which when in contact with the palate tends to melt.

This cheese is free of cereals containing gluten and its derivates
