Our History

The company was founded by Paolo Croce in 1880 and specializes in the production and trade of dairy products. Afterwards, Angelo Croce, from which the company borrows its name, continued operations with his son Luigi Croce, who over the years strengthened production activities, allowing it to grow more and more and making Luigi proud along with his collaborators; this satisfaction is in fact proven by the quality products sought and disseminated everywhere.
The prosperity of the company is still passed on from his Father Luigi to his children who still honour such activities. Four generations, through which authenticity and freshness of the product has always been maintained as a reference point and a main goal, designed to meet customer requirements and increasingly looking for naturalness and simplicity.

In our dairy farms we take care of all the stages of cheese production chain: from cattle rearingtill cheese ripening and its delivery.
