The Gorgonzola Panna Verde D.O.P. is a soft, fat, raw cheese made exclusively from pasteurized whole cow’s milk from farms located in the territory of the Consortium for the protection of gorgonzola cheese.
The “sweet” type leaves very slight spicy scents which are a little aggressive.
White and straw yellow paste, mottled bluish-green for development of mould. Rough gray crust and/or rosé NOT EDIBLE.
At the touch looks “solid” and creamy, with entire paste without holes. On the palate it is soft and amalgamated melting easily in your mouth.
