The Gorgonzola Panna Verde D.O.P. is a soft, fat, raw cheese made exclusively from pasteurized whole cow’s milk from farms located in the territory of the Consortium for the protection of gorgonzola cheese.

Very slightly spicy.

Homogeneous, white or pale yellow, with mould (marbling) producing characteristic blue-green veins. Rough, gray and/or rosé, not edible rind.

Solid, without holes and creamy to the touch, deliciously soft and melt in your mounth.

This cheese is free of cereals containing gluten and its derivates
